n today’s date, Outlook is widely used by email users because they consider it as an easy personal information management system on computers.
However, while managing the bulk amount of information in Outlook, a situation occurs where a user creates multiple amounts of PST files in Outlook and afterward, he realizes that all had become complex in this application.
Go through the following steps to combine contact folders of multiple PST files into one:1) Launch MS Outlook on your machine and then go to Home ribbon tab of it 2) Open one of the two (or more) PST file from which you want to move contacts folder in new PST 3) Click on New Items Outlook Data File 4) Browse towards the location where you want to save new PST file and then mention the file name, as per your need.
If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices.
Click on OK to proceed further 8) Finally, whole contact folder of one PST file will get moved to a new PST file.
Now you will have to repeat Step (4) to (6) repetitively, until merging of multiple (two or more) PST files is not completed.
Note: Merging items saves all items in one calendar.
However, if you want to continue to save the items in different calendars, but view them together, consider using the calendar overlay feature.
